Philips: Striving for A Healthier Now and Future

Insight

Philips, a global leader in health technology, was seeking a communications strategy that is able to position the company as a health technology market leader in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

The W7Worldwide seasoned experts were able to achieve the outlined objective using a strong strategy based on a holistic methodology.

Methodology

In February 2018, the W7Worldwide team started by creating an awareness of the “Heart Safe City” project which was in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Health to increase survival rates from sudden cardiac arrest.

We conducted an internal workshop to build the key messages house which highlighted how the project will leverage a unique end-to-end solution combining education programs to increase awareness of CPR, the use of publicly-available AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator), and new technologies to strengthen the ‘chain of survival’ from the moment an incident occurs to the patient reaching the hospital.

Following the great success that we achieved with the “Heart Safe City” project, we decided, on March 2018, to highlight Philips’ new project in partnership with Fakeeh Care to offer diagnosis solutions for the widespread and unaddressed sleep problem across Kingdom.

Moreover, we spotlighted STC & Philips’ new collaboration to unlock telehealth’s potential to transform care in Saudi Arabia.

In November 2018, the W7Worldwide team took on a new task to highlight the initiative that Philips has taken to address the challenges faced in the healthcare sector at the Future Investment Initiative. We built the key messages house brick by brick based on the unique and strong features of the initiative to create a winning content strategy that would be easy to resonate with the target audience.

Eventually, we built the key messages house brick by brick based on the unique and strong features of the project and created a winning content strategy that would be easy to resonate with the target audience.
